All our prices are subject to value added tax at the rate effective from time to time. As from 1.1.2013 the VAT rate is 24%.

Transactions involving rent of crane and telehandlers with operators are subject to the reverse charge VAT scheme established in the construction industry. The reverse charge VAT mechanism is applied if the customer is a business operator who sells constructions services on a non-temporary basis, as defined by law, and if the lifting service is classified as construction work performed on real property. If the machine is rented out without an operator, the reverse charge VAT is not applied.

We kindly ask our customers to notify us as soon as at the ordering stage which taxation mechanism would be applied to the work.

Transport and other charges 5.4.2022

We apply the following invoicing principles to transport and additional services:

Transport prices applied in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area

crane transport, min. 2 h /visit
counterweights 370 / side/ load
telehandler 350 EUR / side (over 10 km; trips under 10 km invoiced at the hourly rate)
work cage or equivalent, transport 95 EUR / h, min. 3h / side
refuelling visit 180 EUR / time

Transport distances are calculated from our depot in Mittalinja, Vantaa. The above-mentioned transport costs are effective in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area; other areas are invoiced according to the contract.
