Mobile construction cranes
Mobile construction cranes – Agility and reach
They are perfectly suited for construction sites where space and time are limited. Mobile construction cranes are a combination of a mobile crane and a tower crane, where mobility and reach are in a class of their own. Erection and dismantling of the crane is fast and takes about half an hour with one driver.
The upper carriage of the cranes is equipped with an electric motor, so the lifting work can also be done silently and without emissions.
The cab of mobile construction cranes rises to the height of the horizontal boom, so the driver has better visibility and, alternatively, the crane can also be driven by remote control.
In the Liebherr MK 88-4.1E and MK 120-5.1E models, the folding angle of the boom can be set to an angle of 0, 15, 30 and 45 degrees, while in the Liebherr MK 140-5.1E model, the horizontal boom can be luffed to an angle of up to 70 degrees, in which case the lifting height is as much as 94.4 meters.
