Nostopalvelu J. Helaakoski Oy has bought the business and equipment of MR-Nosto Oy and FIN-Cranes Oy. The business deal starting from on November 1, 2025. With the deal, J. Helaakoski’s equipment and personnel resources will be significantly strengthened, and the company will be able to serve its customers more versatile, faster and more cost-effectively.
With the expansion, Nostopalvelu J. Helaakoski Oy’s offices will also expand to the economic area of Lahti, which supports the company’s long-term goal of being the leading company in the lifting service industry in Finland.

At the same time, a five-year strategic cooperation agreement has been concluded with Asennuspalvelu Huuhka Oy, which gives J. Helaakoski the exclusive right to provide crane services in Huuhka’s projects.
